Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, self-study courses) and physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, drinkware, stationery, bags) as listed on the storefront.
Prices
As listed on each product page. Prices are set in US dollars (USD). Local-currency prices (JPY, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, and 11 others) are displayed at checkout based on real-time exchange rates.
Additional fees
Shipping fees: calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Customs duties and import taxes (where applicable) are the buyer's responsibility. Internet connection fees and device costs are borne by the customer.
Payment methods
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB) via Stripe; Apple Pay; Google Pay; PayPal; Afterpay and Klarna (buy-now-pay-later, for orders above $10).
Payment timing
Charged at the time of order.
Delivery timeline
Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, courses): immediate access after payment. Download links and access instructions are emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Physical merchandise: produced to order through the Fourthwall production network. Production takes 2–7 business days; shipping adds another 3–10 business days depending on destination. Tracking is emailed once the order ships.
Worldwide shipping is supported.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Digital products: all sales are final. Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once the order completes.
Physical merchandise: replacements and refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with the wrong size shipped, when reported within 30 days of delivery via the contact page. Exchanges for fit preference are not available because items are made to order — check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Order cancellation: possible only before the order enters production (usually within a few hours of placing it). Submit cancellation requests via the contact page immediately if needed.

Operating requirements
Digital products require a stable internet connection, a modern web browser, and a device capable of opening PDF, EPUB, and audio files. Physical merchandise has no operating requirements beyond a valid shipping address.
Special conditions
The shop is operated in English. Prices are set in USD with local-currency display at checkout. Goods are shipped worldwide.

商品の販売価格
各商品ページに記載。価格は米ドル（USD）建てで設定されています。チェックアウト時には日本円（JPY）、ユーロ、ポンド、豪ドル、加ドルなど16通貨でリアルタイムレートにより表示されます。
商品代金以外の必要料金
送料：配送先・重量・配送方法に応じてチェックアウト時に算出されます。海外配送に伴う関税・輸入消費税等が発生する場合は、お客様のご負担となります。インターネット接続料・通信機器等の費用もお客様のご負担となります。
支払方法
クレジットカード・デビットカード（Visa、Mastercard、American Express、Discover、JCB）― Stripe経由。Apple Pay、Google Pay、PayPal、Afterpay、Klarna（後払い、$10以上のご注文に限る）。

商品の引渡時期
デジタル商品（電子書籍、オーディオブック、コース）：決済完了後、即時アクセス可能。ダウンロードリンク・アクセス情報はチェックアウト時にご入力いただいたメールアドレスへ送付いたします。
物販商品：ご注文を受けてからFourthwallの製造ネットワークで製造する受注生産方式です。製造に2～7営業日、配送に3～10営業日（配送先による）を要します。発送時に追跡情報をメールでお送りします。
世界中への配送に対応しています。
返品・交換・キャンセルについて
デジタル商品：すべての販売は最終とします。デジタルダウンロード商品はご注文完了後の返品・返金には応じかねます。
物販商品：商品到着後30日以内にお問い合わせページよりご連絡いただいた場合、破損・不良・誤発送（サイズ違い等）に限り、交換または返金にて対応いたします。受注生産のため、サイズや好みのご都合による交換には応じかねます。ご注文前に各商品ページのサイズ表を必ずご確認ください。
ご注文のキャンセル：製造工程に入る前（通常はご注文後数時間以内）に限り承ります。お問い合わせページより速やかにご連絡ください。
