Need help with an order?
Start at the contact page. The form splits into “Order I placed” — which routes to Fourthwall’s support team, who handle shipping questions, damaged items, wrong sizes, address changes, and refunds — and “Something else,” for brand, press, collaborations, or anything non-product-related. That reaches DLKR directly. Replies for brand inquiries land within 3 business days.
Digital products
All sales are final. Books, courses, guides, and any other digital download cannot be returned or refunded once the order completes.
This is because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in any meaningful sense. Make sure you want it before you buy it — and if you’re unsure, the free essays at thedlkr.com are the best way to sample the thinking before committing.
Physical products (print-on-demand)
Physical merch is made to order through Fourthwall’s production network. DLKR does not hold inventory — every shirt, mug, or print is produced after you order it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or a wrong size was shipped: start a claim through the contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Fourthwall’s support team coordinates with the production partner and arranges a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If you ordered the wrong size by mistake: check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order, exchanges for fit preference are not available. If the size chart itself is wrong or misleading, flag it via the contact page and it’ll be fixed for everyone.
Shipping times: production takes 2–7 business days; shipping adds another 3–10 days depending on destination. Tracking is emailed once the order ships.
FAQ
Where do you ship? Worldwide. Duties and import taxes (where applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I cancel an order? Only before it enters production — usually within a few hours of placing it. Submit a cancellation through the contact page immediately if you need to cancel.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing? Not at the moment. If you’re interested in a corporate order (team gifts, workshops, etc.), reach out through the contact page and pick “Something else.”
Lost my download link. Submit a request through the contact page with your order number and a new link is issued.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter? The newsletter is separate from the shop — head to thedlkr.com and subscribe there. Buying something from the shop does not add you to the newsletter list.
What payment methods are accepted? Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB) via Stripe; Apple Pay; Google Pay; PayPal; Afterpay and Klarna (buy now, pay later, for orders above $10). Prices are shown in US dollars by default and can be converted to 16 other local currencies at checkout.
