DLKR Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains what data is collected when you use the DLKR shop at shop.thedlkr.com, why, and what you can do about it.

Note: This policy covers the DLKR shop only. The separate DLKR publication at thedlkr.com has its own privacy terms for newsletter subscribers. Entering an email in the shop does not sign you up for the newsletter — that’s a separate, opt-in step on thedlkr.com.

What gets collected

When you buy something: your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and PayPal — DLKR never sees or stores your card number.

When you visit the site: standard analytics and engagement data — browser, device type, country, pages viewed, and session behavior. This is collected by Cloudflare Analytics (cookieless), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to help improve the site, measure what’s working, and power abandoned-cart reminders if you start a checkout.

How it’s used

Order data goes to Fourthwall (the platform that powers this shop) for fulfillment and customer support, and to the shipping carrier delivering your package. For physical products, Fourthwall passes order details to the production partner who prints and ships your item. That’s it — it’s not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand what content resonates and what products are working. Individual visitors are not tracked by name or exact location.

Your rights

You can ask DLKR to show you the personal data on file, correct it, or delete it entirely. Reach out through the contact page and choose “Something else.”

If you’re in the EU or UK, the usual GDPR rights apply. If you’re in California, CCPA rights apply. Whichever law gives you more protection wins.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for basic session state and cart functionality, and for the Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, and TikTok tools listed above. Cloudflare Analytics is cookieless. A cookie consent banner is shown on first visit; your browser settings control all of this if you want to turn it off later.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the business evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top with a new "Last updated" date.
