These terms are the agreement between you and DLKR Inc. when you use this site or buy anything from it. By placing an order or creating an account, you’re agreeing to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

Who runs this site

This site is operated by DLKR Inc. (“DLKR,” “we,” “us”), based in Tokyo, Japan. Fulfillment, payment processing, order infrastructure, and first-line customer support are provided by Fourthwall (fourthwall.com) as DLKR’s commerce platform partner.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, prices, and images are kept as accurate as possible, but occasional errors happen. If a price is obviously wrong or a product is described incorrectly, DLKR reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund — without penalty on either side.

Placing an order creates an offer to buy. DLKR accepts that offer by shipping (physical goods) or by granting access to the file (digital goods).

Intellectual property

All content on this site — writing, design, images, logos, typography, course material, book content — is owned by DLKR Inc. or licensed to DLKR Inc. Buying a physical product transfers ownership of that one item to you, but not the underlying design. Buying a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it — not to resell, redistribute, or repackage it.

Quoting, excerpting, and linking are welcome. Reprinting in full or reselling DLKR content is not.

Your conduct

Don’t use the site to break laws, impersonate others, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with how it works for other visitors. DLKR reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service if any of that happens.

Disclaimers

Everything on this site — especially the strategic advice in books and courses — is shared as opinion and experience, not as a guarantee of results. Branding is not a formula. Your outcomes depend on variables DLKR cannot see or control.

The site and its products are provided “as is” with no warranties beyond what applicable law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLKR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights — in which case that law applies to the extent required.

Any dispute starts with a good-faith conversation via the contact page. If that fails, the Tokyo District Court is DLKR’s preferred venue. Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a small-claims or consumer-protection action in your local courts where local law gives you that right.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the business evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
